o•° named after George Carlin, but his mother fought for him to not have the same first name.
o•° born and raised in Los Angeles, 1983.
o•° he got into inking when he was thirteen, working at the parlor on the other end of his neighborhood. all he did was sweep and clean and stock up before they let him work on pigskin and train his talent after sixteen.
o•° tried to take a couple of art classes in high school but was too far into his inking to absorb any "real art skills"
o•° he married his high school girlfriend in 2001. became a widower in 2004 after her long battle with lukemia. he has a hard time expressing his emotions, especially romantically
o•° very particular (read: ocd) about keeping his shop and house very clean.
o•° opened 3rd Ave Tattoos in 2002.
o•° was talked into a TLC reality show called InkSecrets in 2007.
o•° isn't really gay, probably could be called bisexual. he doesn't identify either way, he's just got zepp and he pretty much likes things the way they are.
o•° primadona artist, he interviews everyone who wants to be featured on the show to make sure they understand the commitment of a tattoo. he doesn't do it because they're "cool" or "in", he does it because they're expressions of the person inside or their life. He hates doing portraits of real people (like off of pictures) and any sort of naming and would rather talk someone into symbols.
o•° met Zepplin Skeffington in July of last year at a party. they started fucking around before Zepp went off to the Olympics. as a surprise, Todd showed up in Beijing, even though he didn't have any chance of seeing the guy, but he had a cell number that miraculously worked.
o•° a couple months after they got back from china, Zepp was offered to do a photoshoot and somehow got Todd to participate
